What it is not.

A tool that overstates itself is worse than no tool, because someone trusts it.

Read this before you use it

  • It is a screening aid, not a biomechanics lab. One camera, one angle. It narrows down where to look. It does not diagnose anything.
  • It is not medical advice and does not treat, diagnose or assess the risk of any injury. It measures kicking technique. Pain, swelling, or a joint that gives way is a physiotherapist’s job today, not an app’s.
  • It tells you when it cannot read a clip. Filmed from behind, half the body out of frame, too dark — it says so instead of inventing a score. A confident wrong number is the failure mode that actually matters here.
  • Angles from a single camera carry error. Treat a borderline number as borderline and re-film from a better angle before acting on it.
